PLANNING & POLICY FELLOW

Silvia is in her second year in Pratt's Sustainable Environmental Systems graduate program. She is very interested in the challenges that cities are facing due to rapid changes in population and climate, and in developing resiliency strategies for NYC. Before beginning her Pratt Center fellowship, Silvia had spent time at NYCHA, NYCEDC and Karp Strategies.
